Chops from the liver
I want to offer to cook great pork chops from the liver. They are gentle, soft, juicy and very tasty. And Apple side dish is a great addition. And, of course, vegetables! Believe me, it's delicious! Recipe found once on the Internet.

Ingredients

  • Liver pork

The liver must first of all be freed from the film. Then slice the liver in layers 1 cm thick as the meat on the chops. Of course, you can use beef liver. Pour the milk for 30 minutes (can be more) that the liver is more delicate and the bitterness left.
