Cooking
Meat grind in a meat grinder.
Add chopped onion, grated ginger, garlic, egg and the sauce-marinade. Salt to taste
Pour into pan 8 patties. In the middle make a depression. Put in it approximately 1 tsp of ketchup.
On top put a circle tomatoes,
A plate of cheese.
Put in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 180 C. Bon appetit!
