Prepare the necessary ingredients.
Mozzarella cut in half ( I have large balls).
Hard cheese cut into cubes. I used belebeyevskaya "Bashkir honey".
Take the prepared ingredients alternately on the skewers. Olive, tomato cherry, cheese, mozzarella. Bon appetit!
