A very easy dish, great combination of soy beans with vegetables...

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    2 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Beans

    1 cup

  • Oregano

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

Pre-soaked soy beans to boil to readiness

The glass drained the broth and poured vegetable oil, stew beans with carrots and onions

Simmer all for 10 minutes, then add the cheese (I had such, either one is fine) and the broth in the cauldron.

Add spices and soy sauce. Can greens. Garnish cooked rice. Well, very tasty!!!
