Dessert tartlets with orange-curd filling, drizzled with chocolate, for the competition "Queen of the cocktail."

  • Chocolate milk

The dough I did here for this recipe http://www.povarenok.ru/recipes/show/23636/. Mixed the sugar and butter, split the mass into 2 parts, added the flour. Also one part of the added zest of the 1st of orange, another of cocoa.

Knead the dough and form these balls, wrap them in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
