The dough I did here for this recipe http://www.povarenok.ru/recipes/show/23636/. Mixed the sugar and butter, split the mass into 2 parts, added the flour. Also one part of the added zest of the 1st of orange, another of cocoa.
Knead the dough and form these balls, wrap them in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, make cheesecake filling for the tartlets. Curd mix with sour cream and sugar. I have the cheese was grainy, so I triturated through a sieve, soft consistency.
For orange sauce: in a pan put some butter, tsp of sugar, the zest of 1 orange, stir, add the orange pulp (purified from membranes) and the resulting juice. Simmer our sauce to simmer until it thickens.
Remove from refrigerator dough. Alternating colors to form the molds here are the flowers. Molds, pre-lubricated with butter.
Put in a hot oven (200 degrees) for 15-10 minutes
After the tartlets have been removed from oven, let them cool slightly, remove from the molds and stuff - first you put the cheese.
And finally, pour the melted dark chocolate.
