Coconut pie
Recipe slightly troublesome, and I changed (at the time I still tortorice no one bought)))))). That turned out cake instead of pie!!!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Margarine

    100 g

  • Sugar

    500 g

  • Chicken egg

    7 piece

  • Leavening agent

    1 pack

  • Cocoa powder

    1 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Coconut shavings

    200 g

  • Milk

    300 g

  • Butter

    250 g

Cooking

The flour is triturated with 100 grams of margarine and 50 g of sugar.

Add 1 egg, baking powder, cocoa and sour cream, knead the dough, it should be soft, almost liquid.

Divide the dough into 2 parts, one part is distributed according to the form.

Filling: 6 egg whites beat on a steam bath with 1 Cup of sugar.

Add the coconut and stir gently.

Spread on the dough, top distribute the remaining dough.

Put in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.

Cream: 6 egg yolks, 300 g of milk, 1\\2 tablespoons of flour and 250 grams of sugar, stir and cook for 3-5 minutes, until thickened. To cool, add 250 grams of butter and whip.

Pour the cream on top of the cake in the fridge overnight, the cream must be frozen.

Cook the glaze, pour the cream and again on the cold as soon as the glaze hardens - Bon appetit!!!!
