Cooking
Cook the custard. Put the milk on the fire. Separately, mix the yolks with the sugar and flour. To this mixture, pour a little milk and pour a thin stream into the boiling milk, stirring all the time. Cook until thick. Put cool. The first cake impregnated with any syrup. I was on cherry jam. Cut the prunes and evenly distribute it on the cake.
On top of prunes - cream. Cover with a second crust, impregnated it, too, lay on it the chopped dried apricots, cream on top and again crust. The upper layer is not impregnated, from grease with the cream and decorate.
