Chicken fillet under vegetable marinade
Spent the whole day thinking what to cook out of the chicken. And that turned out so light and tasty dinner.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    2 piece

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    0.5 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Dutch cheese

    50 g

All the vegetables, except the tomatoes, arbitrarily cut and fry in vegetable oil.

When the vegetables are slightly soft, add tomato or tomato sauce ( this time I added homemade kefir). Lecho quite salty, so salt I've added.

Chicken fillet cut lengthwise into 2 parts. To recapture, to lay out in a baking dish and pour soy sauce Kikkoman.

The sauce is spread evenly over the meat. Leave on for 5-10 minutes.

Spread steamed vegetables on the meat, simmer for 10 minutes. Let the meat soaked.

Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake 25-30 minutes at temperature 200 gr. This fillet does not require a garnish, but you can serve with rice, pasta or mashed potatoes.
