Description
A distinctive feature of this dish is that in addition to the minced meat and buckwheat with addition of some mashed potatoes. I put the stuffing in the form of frozen tomato paste which will add an extra taste to our dish, rolled in rye bread crumbs, stuck them in ice cream sticks and fried in oil. Really tasty dumplings on a stick with a juicy filling.

Cooking
For dishes I use unground buckwheat TM "Mistral".
Boil it in 1/2 Cup water.
To connect boiled buckwheat, previously boiled and chopped potatoes, eggs, finely chopped onion and garlic, salt and Basil. All thoroughly kneaded.
Tomato paste in advance and freeze in silicone molds - this will be our filling.
For stuffing to put the frozen tomato paste.
Roll them in crushed rye croutons with taste of bacon. Insert ice cream sticks, imitating a Popsicle.
Fry both sides in vegetable oil or bake in the oven.
