Just roast duck with amazing sauce
My younger son, who will soon be 2 years old, loves duck... I cook it quite often, and the price in store on a duck, equal to the price of farm chicken... this time I decided to roast a duck with absolutely no spices, and serve it with a spicy sauce. The result I am very pleased, and the child should not have to remove the excess spices from the duck... get it!!!

Ingredients

  • Duck

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    50 ml

  • Oil mustard

    50 ml

  • Vinegar

    50 ml

  • Mustard

    2 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

Wash the duck. Dry. If You don't like pronounced scent of the duck, cut off the tail. We love duck meat and nothing to cut.

To include heating up the oven to 200*. Grease a baking dish with olive oil. Put the duck back down and put the form in preheated oven, after 30 minutes I gently turned the duck. The total time for baking, I have made up 75 minutes. Be guided by Your oven!!!

Until a duck is baked, prepare the sauce. In the bowl of a blender pour the mustard oil, lemon vinegar (lemon juice with rice vinegar), sweet soy sauce. Punched a couple of minutes.

Add to the sauce with the mustard seeds. Mix well.

The duck is ready!!! Get our tanned beauty out of the oven.
