Chocolate cupcake with sour cream
Very very chocolate.. nut.. and with the addition of brandy-very fragrant!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    6 piece

  • Butter

    250 g

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Vanilla sugar

  • Lemon peel

    1 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    250 g

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Salt

  • Walnuts

    100 g

  • Dark chocolate

    100 g

  • Cognac

    4 Tbsp

Cooking

All products must be at room temperature. The oven to heat it up to t 170-180 degrees. Separate the yolks from the whites. Yolks, sugar and vanilla sugar in a lush light vzobem mass.

Add nuts, chocolate, cognac and flour, sifted with baking powder. Mix with a spatula.

In the last turn gently enter into the dough beaten egg whites. The dough will be thicker than for a cake it does not drip from the blade, but rather falls from her.

Split ring form (26 cm diameter) put some butter and flour priciples. Spoon the batter into the form and send in the preheated oven to bake for an hour or until dry skewers.

The finished cake will give a little stand in the form (about 10 minutes), then take out, let cool and serve! To taste you can sprinkle with powdered sugar or drizzle with glaze.
