  • Oyster sauce

  • Sauce

To prepare the marinade: mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, brandy, honey, Hoisin sauce, sugar. Roll duck in the marinade

Fold legs in a bag and add marinade. Tie tightly and put in the fridge for a day.
