I use this recipe very often! Looks great on the holiday table, but it does not prevent to make chicken for dinner. Time and effort as well as ingredients required minimum, and the result is delicious, juicy, flavorful chicken with a crispy crust. I hope You will like it!

Cooking
First, take soy sauce, add to it the vinegar.
Then the mustard and mix well.
Add olive oil and spices, stir.
Small chicken 1 kg my, cut it along the lines of the breast and dry well with paper towel, then sprinkle with salt.
RUB our chicken prepared sauce.
Put on baking tray and put into a well-heated oven for 60 minutes at a temperature of 230-250 "C. But it depends on the oven! I put first at 230 degrees, then 15-20 minutes for a maximum of 250 degrees.
In an hour we have flavorful chicken with a delicious crispy crust!
