Salad
Really liked this salad. Served on a large plate - each put separately and doused with sauce.

Ingredients

  • Lettuce

    1 coup

  • Basil

    1 coup

  • Cucumber

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Meat

  • Vinegar

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Chili

    0.333 tsp

  • Salt

  • Sugar

Thoroughly rinse the salad leaves. Cucumbers clear from the skin and pepper seeds.

Cucumbers cut into cubes, pepper strips (it is better to take the red-would look better).

Lettuce to break it, Basil I cut stripes. Squeeze chesnochek.

Prepare the filling: in a jar of baby-food (190 gram) pour balsamic vinegar, add salt, sugar, finely chopped hot peppers with seeds, herbs. Tighten the lid and shake well until dissolved salt. Add to the oil. Pour immediately upon the filing of each in a bowl. On top decorate with two slices of meat (any except boiled). In the restaurant we were served a grilled meat on top of fried, and inside the middle was pink. Delicious!!! P. S/ In the jar to mix the sauce much easier. And don't have to wash later))) Bon appetit!
