A simple and light salad of beets, pineapple and prunes.

Ingredients

  • Beets

    1 piece

  • Prunes

    100 g

  • Pineapple

    0.5 can

  • Cheese

  • Yogurt

Cooking

Boil beetroot and cut into small cubes

Prunes cut into small pieces.

Pineapple without the juice to spread out of the jar and cut into smaller.
