If you remember, the pharmacy, the green paint is) And this salad really almost a "grass" and, in General, benefit from it even more than the green stuff, but still tasty:)
Ingredients

Cucumber cut along crosswise, then chop crosswise thin slices.
Green onions chop.
Salad too.
The garlic and the stems and leaves. You can add feathers garlic, blanched nettles, dill and so on.
Eggs grate on a fine grater.
All mix, salt, season with sour cream or light mayonnaise. Bon appetit! :)
