Little chocolate tarts
Crumbly cakes with a lovely chocolate filling on the inside.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Water

    1 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    180 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Dark chocolate

    100 g

  • Nuts

Ingredients.

Grind the flour with the butter and sugar into crumbs. Add water and knead the dough. If it is to crumble, add a little more water. Put them in the bag and put into the fridge for 15 min.

While the dough rests, prepare the filling. This egg is a little beat up. Chocolate to melt. Mix cottage cheese with sugar. All whisk until fluffy mass.

In tins to put the pieces of dough and flatten on the bottom and sides of the form. Put the filling and push nuts.

Bake at t=220 15 min. Until tender. Cool completely in the form.
