Aniseed muffins
I love these recipes! Once or twice and you're done!!! And what is the result... Delicious muffins, lush, gentle, with a unique anise flavour, delicious and light as a feather! Very unusual and interesting recipe from Martha Steward. Received 8 cupcakes.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Orange zest

    1 tsp

  • Olive oil

    90 g

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Powdered sugar

  • Anis

    1.5 tsp

Cooking

Turn the oven on 165 degrees. The muffin molds grease with vegetable oil. Egg, yolk, sugar, anise and orange zest to put in a deep bowl.

Beat until the foam.

Gradually, whisking, add the vegetable oil.

Mix the flour with salt and baking powder.

Add flour to egg mixture and beat.

Fill with dough molds for muffin ½ their height, because the muffins will rise very much! Bake for 25 minutes until Golden brown. Readiness check wooden skewer or toothpick, it should come out of the cupcakes dry.
