Description

Cake made of oatmeal
A very unusual cake - it's made entirely of oatmeal, no flour. Preparing it is easy, very gentle, with the original taste. And most importantly - do not roll the cakes! The sugar in the dough is almost completely replaced with honey, making the finished cake a beautiful, dark Golden. Enjoy!

Cooking

step-0
Raisins wash and fill with cognac.
step-1
3 tbsp regular oatmeal fry, stirring, in dry frying pan until Golden brown.
step-2
Proteins separated from the yolks. Proteins whisk with sugar.
step-3
Mix the egg yolks with the softened butter (100 g), milk, honey and cereals.
step-4
Add the baking powder, the raisins, brandy, cocoa, stir. Carefully smeshaem proteins.
step-5
The form greased with remaining butter, sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Spread the dough. Bake at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
step-6
The cake is fully cooled and cut in half. Prepare the cream: place the cherries (I have frozen, I gave it to thaw and drained the juice), puree them in a blender with 2 tbsp powdered sugar. A few berries for garnishing.
step-7
The cream will beat into a soft mousse with 3 tbsp of powdered sugar.
step-8
About a third of the sour cream mix with cherry puree, liberally coat the lower layer.
step-9
Give the cream a little privatise in the fridge (10-15 minutes) and cover with a second Korzh. Richly lubricates remaining cream top and sides of cake. Again put in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes. Sprinkle with the cake sides with toasted oatmeal.
step-10
When the sour cream on the top layer hardens, you can decorate the cake. The best way to fit fresh berries, but their lack I decorated the cake with remaining cherries, sliced prunes, poppy and sprig of mint. Help yourself!
