Ginger Mandarin ice cream
Incredibly simple but very tasty dessert. Will delight you and your loved ones not only on a weekday, but will be a wonderful decoration of the festive table.

Ingredients

  • Mandarin

    4 piece

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Water

    2 Tbsp

  • Ginger

    1 tsp

  • Narsharab

    1 Tbsp

  • Candied

    20 g

Cooking

Sugar mixed with water and sent to the fire.

Once it boils, add grated on a fine grater ginger and Narsharab. Stir and tormented on low heat for 5 minutes.

Tangerines is better to take small. Parse them into slices and put into the syrup. Bring to a boil and turning off.

Remove from heat, let cool and serve with ice cream. Sprinkle with chopped candied ginger.
