In the season of eggplant do not want to miss any opportunities to prepare them in new ways. Here's another one, millionth, but not the last idea.

Cooking
Eggplant wash and cut lengthwise into two parts. Boil for a couple 12-15 minutes, depending on size. If you doubt the variety of eggplant before cooking sprinkle for 30 minutes with salt, then rinse.
Pasta to boil in salted water, reducing the time indicated on the package, for two minutes.
Tomato cut into cubes, chop the cilantro, garlic, RUB on a small grater.
Eggplant, remove the pulp, mix with Kikkoman soy sauce, olive oil and garlic. Add macaroni, tomato, cilantro.
Dump the minced eggplant boats. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
