Cooking
In 50 ml. of warm milk add 20 C. sugar and yeast. Stir and leave for 15 minutes. Then add egg yolks 2,5 (0,5 to leave for lubrication of the pie), 50 gr. sugar, melted butter, salt. Mix well.
Gradually add the sifted flour and knead the dough. Flour may need more than specified in the ingredients. The consistency of the batter should be soft enough and not sticking to hands. The dishes with the dough cover with a towel and leave in a warm place to come.
When the dough has risen, it is good to press down and leave for 1 hour in a warm place.
For the filling: peeled walnuts to crank through a meat grinder, add BlackBerry jam and mix well. The filling should be thick.
Coming up to roll out the dough to a thickness of 0.7 cm and Cut into strips in width of 6 cm.
