Mini-Kish
Quiche is a delicious and hearty appetizer pie. The dough recipe is the simplest, the filling is juicy and flavorful. I suggest to try this pie filling in mini format with a filling of fish, shrimp and crab sticks.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Butter

    60 g

  • Sour cream

    4 Tbsp

  • Fish fillets

    30 g

  • Shrimp

    30 g

  • Crab sticks

    30 g

  • Cheese

    60 g

  • Cream

    50 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Preparation of the dough. In flour, add salt, chopped butter (or margarine), grind into crumbs.

Add 2 tbsp sour cream, knead the dough, roll it into a ball, wrap in cling film and put into the refrigerator for 1 hour.

While the dough is in the fridge, prepare the filling. To do this, clean the shrimp, pour boiling water, bring to a boil and cook for 2-3 minutes. Cool slightly and slice.

Clean crab sticks, cut into.

The fish (I have boiled trout) separated from the bones, break into pieces.

Cheese to grate, half to keep for topping. Mix the ingredients of filling: fish, crab sticks, shrimp, cheese.

Divide the dough into pieces to stretch over the cups, forming a high side. Of this amount, the test I got 9 filled molds. Prick the dough with a fork and send in the oven, preheated to 180 C for 10 to 15 minutes.

While baked basis, prepare the sauce: beat the egg with sour cream and cream, adding salt and pepper.

Spread the dough on the filling, pour the butter-egg mass and bake for 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes, sprinkle the top with grated cheese and bake for another 15 minutes.
