Pumpkin is a favorite fall. What are the only recipes I have not seen on the Internet. This cake appealed to me. I changed it a bit and baked. Very tender and flavorful!

Cooking
3 eggs and beat yolks with 2/3 Cup sugar (sugar can be ground to the pre-condition of powdered sugar). The rest leave to meringue!
Continuing to whisk, add sour cream, then add flour mixed with baking powder. Continue to beat.
Pumpkin chop on a grater, with a volume of 1 Cup.
Pour the mixture into the molds and bake 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees.
Meanwhile, chilled protein vzbit with sugar until stable peaks. Transfer to a piping bag.
To remove the cake and decorate it with meringue as desired. Send to 15 minutes in the oven. Pumpkin pie with meringue is ready! My advice is to use the split form or the form you do not need to flip! I had to turn the cake, apply the meringue, and then bake. It turned out more hassle!
