The cakes in the pan
Very light and delicious cakes, you can do with different fillings. Quickly and simply made.

Ingredients

  • Yeast

    1.5 tsp

  • Water

    1.5 cup

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    4 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

Mix the yeast with warm water, salt and sugar.

Add 3 cups of flour and gradually half a Cup. Stir with a spoon.

Give the test to stand in a warm place for 30 minutes.

After the dough rises, add 3-4 tbsp. tablespoons vegetable oil. Stir and add the remaining Cup of flour.

Knead the dough.

Sculpt cakes. Fry on both sides. Fried very quickly.
