Rhubarb pie
What a beautiful time of the year! Around all the flowers, all fragrant, all pleasing to the eye! But that's sweet juicy strawberries for nearly a month, while currants, cherries and other berries a long time! The flour must be sifted in a bowl. Grate on a coarse grater into a bowl with the flour, chilled butter (straight from the fridge), there also add 75 g sugar, vanilla sugar (1 package) and salt.
