What do we need...
Boil potatoes "in uniform" in salted water until almost fully cooked. Cool.
For the filling, grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
Sweet pepper we shall cut small cubes.
Onions, carrots, bell pepper fry in preheated pan with vegetable oil.
Add tomato, cut into small cubes. And until tender.
For the sauce, take cream.
Add finely chopped fresh herbs: dill and parsley.
Cool down, peel from the "uniform", cut in half.
Make into "boats" indentations with a knife and a teaspoon.
Liberally coat with sauce depressions in the potatoes.
Fill the "boats" with stuffing.
Place "boats" on a baking sheet, greased with vegetable oil.
Place the pan in the preheated oven at 150 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
That's all! The dish is ready! "Boat" and sprinkle with herbs. Serve hot! Bon appetit!!!
