Potato boats with vegetables
Tasty, easy vegetable dish for the whole family and guests. Can be served with fried chicken.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    7 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Sour cream

    150 g

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Red sweet pepper

  • Dill

    0.5 coup

  • Parsley

    0.5 coup

What do we need...

Boil potatoes "in uniform" in salted water until almost fully cooked. Cool.

For the filling, grate the carrots on a coarse grater.

Small cubes cut onions.

Sweet pepper we shall cut small cubes.

Onions, carrots, bell pepper fry in preheated pan with vegetable oil.

Add tomato, cut into small cubes. And until tender.

For the sauce, take cream.

Add finely chopped fresh herbs: dill and parsley.

Mix thoroughly.

Cool down, peel from the "uniform", cut in half.
