Cooking

step-0
Here is a sample set for our salad. Keep in mind that according to this principle, you can prepare ANY salad you like. Just slice your favorite ingredients, put them in layers in a jar, not forgetting to make a delicious dressing. I stopped at my favorite potato salad.
step-1
Let's start with cooking the filling, as it will be our first layer. In a jar, which will prepare the salad, add 2 tbsp olive oil, 0.5-1 tbsp wine vinegar, 0.5 tsp. of honey and 1 tsp of grain mustard. Close the jar and shake it very hard that all is well blended. Delicious French Vinaigrette dressing. We can also add a little salt and black pepper to taste. Do the same with the second jar. If you make many servings, it is easier to make a separate sauce in a large bowl, and then pour into jars.
step-2
In the resulting sauce put a layer of sliced cooked potatoes. To put vegetables on the principle of "from hard to soft." That is, in the bottom of the jar Kladusa solid and heavy ingredients, and the top is the lightest. So our vegetables will not collapse from the weight.
step-3
Then put the sliced radishes.
step-4
The next layer - sliced egg.
step-5
Then sliced tomato.
step-6
Then a green onion (to bulb). And any greens.
step-7
And final layer is lettuce to the top. Cover the jar and store before serving in the refrigerator or to bring salad to the countryside to enjoy the summer sun!
