Julienne cut chicken and mushrooms, fry on the pan for 10-15 minutes, without oil. Three cheese and finely chop the herbs, mix. Peel and grate the potatoes, squeeze, add the egg, flour, salt, pepper to taste. Spread on a heated pan with oil, a thin layer of the potato dough and fry until browned, turn over.
On one side lay a piece of cheese, filet with mushrooms and thinly sliced tomatoes and sprinkle cheese.
When the cheese starts melting, cover the second side of the cakes and fry on both sides until Golden brown.
