Grilled tomatoes with mushrooms under potato cap
For me the most delicious combination of mashed potatoes, Creamed spinach, sautéed mushrooms with bacon, all in a juicy tomato!

Ingredients

  • Tomato

    4 piece

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Spinach

  • Mushrooms

    5 piece

  • Fat

  • Sesame

  • Salt

Cooking

Cut mushrooms, fry with lard in a frying pan until fully cooked. Season with salt to taste.

Potatoes clean and boil. As well salt to taste

Wash spinach, place in the bowl of a blender, add the egg and blend with an immersion blender.

With potatoes drain the water, add butter, mash well with potato malkai, salt, add egg chopped spinach. Mix well.

From tomato to remove the core, put the sauteed mushrooms ( I put pork rinds).

Spread on the tomatoes and mashed potatoes. Sprinkle black sesame seeds and bake in preheated oven to 180 degrees 30 minutes.
