Potato casserole Turkey
By and large - nothing new. I just joined the mashed potatoes and the Turkey curry in coconut milk, and the result is a very tasty casserole. The dish is good because it can be prepared in advance and bake just before serving. In my opinion, it is very convenient for new year's eve.

Ingredients

  • Turkey

    700 g

  • Potatoes

    1.5 kg

  • Coconut milk

    200 ml

  • Curry

    1 tsp

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Soy sauce

    4 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    150 g

Turkey fillet wash, dry and cut into small pieces. If a casserole will do not a portion, and in one form, it is the best Turkey cut into pieces smaller than portsionnoj submission.

Add the Turkey 4-5 tablespoons of soy sauce, stir and leave to marinate for 30 minutes.

Peel the potatoes and 3-4 cloves of garlic, add to the pot - potatoes cut into 4-8 pieces (depending on size), garlic is NOT cut straight teeth. Cover with water, add salt to taste (not much salt!!!) and then boil in any convenient way. I cooked the potatoes in multivarka-pressure cooker.

It has been 30 minutes, marinate the Turkey in soy sauce. Now we start to cook it. 1. In a deep pan or wok put on the stove and well heated. Then pour a little olive oil (about 1 tbsp), and as the oil is hot, put the Turkey. Fry, stirring, several minutes until the color changes. 2. Add curry and fry for a few minutes. Casserole turns out tangy. Therefore, if for any reason You can't get too spicy or don't like, then add curry less. 3. Add the coconut milk, stir, reduce the heat. The pan (wok) cover and leave until almost cooked turkeys. 4. To take the lid off, and cast spoons 5 formed of a liquid. Then add the fire, bring to the evaporation of the liquid. Add to the meat finely chopped green onions, stir and a little hold (approximately 2 minutes). Remove the pan (wok) from heat, cover to cover.

Add to the puree the butter and the liquid that formed while cooking the Turkey curry in coconut milk (the previous step, paragraph 4). Maybe the fluid will have to add not all - look at the consistency of mashed potatoes. PS If I were not a La carte, I would have added it in the mash another egg (to bind).

To place the mold in the oven for 20 minutes - depends on oven and the thickness of the shape.
