I love quick recipes. And not to bother. Probably because I'm not a great expert in cooking. This is my first recipe on the "Cook". Honestly was looking for something similar, unfortunately (or fortunately) not found. To judge you, cooks! Immediately say, that I was making a double portion. But talking about 1 serving to make it easier to try. Prepare the filling. It can be anything: sweet, vegetable, meat (like me). The main thing - the filling needs to be prepared.
Knead the dough: 6 tablespoons of sour cream, add 2 tbsp sunflower oil, 1 teaspoon soda (not extinguish), salt to taste (I take maybe 1/4 tsp) and 1 Cup of flour. All mix, carefully rubbing the lumps. The batter should be watery.
Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil
Pour the batter into the form
To put on damp pellet stuffing. If the filling is too dry - you can top with slices of butter. But I was fairly fatty beef, and butter I did not use.
Make the dough for filling: 1 Cup sour cream, 1 egg and 3 tbsp flour. All mix
Pour the resulting pie filling.
Bake in the oven at 250 degrees for 15-20 minutes. I put higher in the oven, so the bottom of the pie is not burnt. As the top of the pie flushed - ready! I have not really turned out well - prepared in the evening and didn't think about the voltage. The result - increased cooking time by 10 minutes and the top is poorly flushed
Once pie is ready, take it out from oven and allow to cool (otherwise bad will be removed, will be collapsed, as the raw). Bon appetit!
