Cooking
Peaches to get out of the jar and cut into slices.
In a frying pan (I usually do that in which I will bake) to prepare the caramel, heat 3 tbsp oil and add 5 tbsp of sugar.
Once the sugar becomes caramel - remove from heat and put in the form of slices of peaches. Set aside to cool and meanwhile prepare the dough.
Compote left from the peaches, mix vegetable oil, lemon juice and sugar for about 3 minutes, add vanilla, a pinch of salt
Gradually add flour and soda.
And put in the preheated oven to bake for about 30 minutes.
The finished cake remove from the oven and leave to cool for 10 minutes~15.
Pan put on fire for 1~2 minutes so the layer of caramel at the bottom started to melt (you will hear the crackle of caramel). Cover top of dish, flip and carefully remove the pan. If the cake to overturn on a dish immediately after baking, then it is likely that the cake will break or part peaches will remain stuck to the bottom. But if the cake a little stand, it "grabs" and it will be very easy to take out. Enjoy your tea!!! PS I baked in the form of 28 cm diameter.
