Mushroom dip with dill
If you have turned mushrooms – cook of them mushroom sauce! And what to give it, there is always!

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Seasoning

    2 tsp

  • Olive oil

    6 Tbsp

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Sour cream

    6 Tbsp

  • Flour

    2 tsp

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Salt

Mushrooms a good wipe with a cloth or wash and dry it. Large mushrooms cut into 4 pieces, small do not cut.

Prepare the marinade for the mushrooms. In olive oil, add the grill seasoning for pickling vegetables and mushrooms, stir. Part of the grill from the Forester spices included:sea salt, marjoram, juniper berry, white and black pepper, parsley, garlic.

Add finely chopped dill and mushrooms. Add salt, boil on low heat for about a minute. Immersion blender puree them until smooth. The sauce is ready.
