Description
This bread I baked for all of our chefs and we want to congratulate with Valentine's day. The bread turned out just wonderful. Its taste and smell - magic. Very tasty with morning coffee. Break off a piece of the muffin and smeared with butter... MMMMM... beautiful. And if you form the loaf, you can toast and serve with the same butter.

Cooking
So, first prepare the milk, i.e. aromatizers it. For this mint (preferably fresh, so it will be more of a mint taste and aroma) you need to chop them. Pour it (mint) milk and bring to a boil on low heat. Remove the milk from heat and insist 1 hour. Drain.
From oranges to remove the zest (the grated). Then knead the dough. I did in HP. Lay ALL the ingredients as mentioned in your HP. Put the "dough". First time watching the batch. You MAY need to add a little flour (I added 1 more tbsp). And then give the dough 1 time. If the dough will zameshivaetsya hands, then so: in warm milk dissolve the yeast. Then add the remaining ingredients (except flour), stir until smooth. Then gradually add the flour and knead soft elastic dough. Flour also may take longer than stated. Shape the ball. Put in a bowl, sprinkled with flour, and let go (about an hour)
Put the dough on the table (don't forget to sprinkle it with flour) and shape it into anything you want. Can be in the form of a single loaf, you can make two. And so, as I did. For this is torn off from the dough small pieces, roll into balls. The finished product is put into the form (oil).
Lubricates the top with beaten EGG WITH SALT. Cover with a towel and allow to rise until the volume increases by half. Coming up the dough once to grease with egg with salt and send in the oven t* 200*C. Bake until tender. Bread should be dark Golden. I it took about 30 minutes (but this time in other ovens may vary).
Leave the bread to put it on a wire rack and cool.
