Best pizza
Recently we went to the coolest pizzeria in our city... prices space... BUT.. the pizza was awesome... there are prepared by the chef from Italy ... so cute dago... well we went and enjoyed enough... I wanted to learn to make the same pizza at home... I thought the thing in the test... or that they bake the pizza on the stones, etc., in General, didn't I what's the secret... but through experimentation I finally found my perfect pizza... like the Italians... and the price is exactly 8 times cheaper... No wonder the pizza is called "double cheese"... not the fact that there are two kinds of cheese... and... come on in and perceive all the intricacies of pizza making in Italian style...


  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Sausage

    250 g

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    0.5 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    3 Tbsp

  • Marjoram

  • Greens

And now... finally... After the wonders of mayonnaise and marjoram apply a thick layer of cheese...
Cut slices of tomato.
So just cut salami.
Spread the tomatoes at a distance from each other.
Spread on the principle of "scales" in order salami-tomato-onion. It is very important that the tomato was on top of the onions.
Sprinkle with finely chopped bell pepper.
Then the second portion of cheese.
Bake in a preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.

    Дура какая то решила, что круче шеф повара? Ан нет. Что бы написать что либо, всё таки нужно головой подумать, стоит ли?

    при какой температуре выпекать? еще не очень понятно с тестом, 1/2 растительного масла или муки?!
