Puffs home-made dough with sweet pears
Today we have rain. The whole day. But in this weather I always want to cook something delicious. Now an abundance of pears. And I decided to bake a sweet puff with juicy fall pears. The puff pastry did myself. It turned out amazing! My dad is on night flour does not eat, nibble a piece to try, but was not able to stay the whole puff used.
