Often mushroom sauce prepared with cream, and it's very tasty, but healthier and pieces to do without it, especially because it turns out too very well.

Cooking
1. Heat a little oil, put in a pan with finely sliced onions, sauté until transparent, add garlic and a teaspoon of thyme leaves. 2. After a minute add chopped mushrooms, salt, stir and leave for 10 minutes on low heat until the mushrooms will not get the caramel color. In those 10 minutes more of them do not need to interfere. Just be ready and open its rich flavor. 3. Then pour in the mushrooms with the flour, stir and add a glass of water. Cook until a thick sauce, about 5 minutes.
4. Add freshly ground black pepper if desired, chopped parsley, stir and remove from heat. This sauce goes well with homemade noodles. You can sprinkle with grated cheese.
