Cake with Apple mousse
Very tasty cake with apples, puff bottom and delicate, airy Apple mousse. This mousse is so delicious that you can pour it into kremanku with some berries and it will be gorgeous as an independent dessert.

Ingredients

  • The dough is flaky unleavened

    250 g

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Condensed milk

    0.5 can

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 pack

  • Flour

    4 Tbsp

  • Apple

    700 g

  • Water

    2.5 cup

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Gelatin

    15 g

  • Vanilla

    1 pack

Prepare the ingredients. Soak gelatine in half Cup cold boiled water.

Form grease with oil and spread a layer of puff pastry, making a small bumpers

Half of the apples peel, remove core, slice and put on top of puff pastry. Layer thickness and shape of the pieces is arbitrary (I had large thick pieces)

Sprinkle apples 1/3 Cup. sugar and cinnamon (to taste)

Softened butter is whipped with egg and condensed milk

Add the flour and baking powder, beat

The obtained dough is spread over apples, send in the oven, preheated to 180gr. for 30-40 minutes the Dough I had ready in 20 minutes, but the apples were harsh. So I covered the form with foil and bake 40 min.

The finished cake leave it to cool down, and to do mousse.

Cut apples, remove the core, cut into slices (the skin is not removed)

Put apples in saucepan, pour two cups of hot water and cook until soft

Apples drain in a sieve or colander, drain the juice into a separate bowl.

Hot juice strain, dissolve the sugar in it.

Put in syrup swollen gelatin, heat to dissolve the gelatin, remove from heat and cool.

Chilled sugar-gelatin syrup to pour in applesauce and start whisking. Beat 5 minutes, remove the mixture in the fridge for 15 min.

You can decorate with berry juice and put it in the refrigerator to harden. I sent the cake in the fridge all night

When the mousse hardens, pull the cake out of the pan. Decorate as desired.
