Pangasius in cream with dill
A fairly simple dish. Very helps when you need to cook something quickly.

Ingredients

  • Pangasius

    500 g

  • Cream

    1 cup

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Curry

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Starch

    1 tsp

Cooking

Fish cut into small pieces, put the pan (if necessary, slightly lubricate the pan with oil).

In a bowl, mix the cream, chopped dill, salt, pepper, starch (or flour) and curry. Mix well.

Pour the fish with the mixture.

Cook on low heat for about 15 minutes.
