Cooking
Divide cabbage into inflorescences, to boil until soft and drain. 200 ml. of the broth to leave for the test. (you can substitute with milk).
Cabbage chop the harvester. Add the softened butter, egg yolks, broth from the cabbage (or milk)salt, nutmeg and stir until odnorodnoi mass. After adding, stirring in the flour.
In a separate bowl, beat egg whites until the state foam. To connect proteins with the cabbage mixture and stir gently with a spoon.
Grease molds with oil and obshatsa all sides with breadcrumbs (no flour). Put the dough into molds.
Bake in the oven at t 180◦C for about 40 minutes. Time to go and more, it all depends on your oven. The first 20 minutes the oven does not open, what would the souffle didn't fall.
