Rice with garlic-ginger scrambled eggs
Very spicy and easy dish.

Ingredients

    0.66 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Ginger

  • Olive oil

  • Soy sauce

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

For this dish I have used basmati rice, but gorgeous, beautiful, delicious and very tender to flavor combinations. Boil the rice in lightly! salted water.

Garlic and ginger cut into very thin slices, approximately the same size. If you like witty, then ginger can be safely put in more. I love in moderation, so just a couple of plates for me. I try to cut the same size.

In hot oil fry a little garlic and ginger, they must acquire a slightly Golden color.

Eggs stir until smooth and pour into the pan with the garlic and ginger. Fry a couple of minutes, stirring constantly. The omelette out of the pan.

In the remaining flavored oil to put boiled rice, scrambled eggs (pre-grind it a little with a fork or knife).

Add soy sauce and a couple of minutes to warm on medium heat to try! If little Seeley, add a little salt or soy sauce.

Ready! I love this dish to be served adding a little chili pepper. Bon appetit.
