I suggest you to try delicious, super healthy and very easy to prepare salad. Salad turns out very easy and is suitable for lunch and dinner. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Carrots

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Kohlrabi

    1 piece

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Honey

    0.5 tsp

  • Allspice

Cooking

Carrots, zucchini, kohlrabi and cucumber RUB on a grater.

For the filling mix the soy sauce, honey, vegetable oil and pepper.

Pour the prepared salad dressing and stir. I used my favorite soy sauce "Kikkoman".
