Salad with avocado and cheese
Delicious, nutritious and beautiful salad. It can replace a full dinner.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    440 g

  • Avocado

    420 g

  • Cherry tomatoes

    220 g

  • Shallots

    0.5 piece

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Sauce

Cooking

Cottage cheese, salted shifted into the bowl. Cleaned avocado, cut it cubes and misted with lemon juice. Shifted avocados in a bowl with cottage cheese.

Cut the tomatoes into four parts. Finely sliced onions and put in bowl to other ingredients.

In a bowl of salad added sauce Kikkoman.

Mixed salad. Oil was not added, because the avocado buttery.

Put the salad in portioned containers.

Top each serving with added sauce sweet chili. Tomato paste will not work... Only spicy-sweet chili sauce.
