Salad
This salad reminds me of summer morning - refreshing, light, full-bodied flavors of fresh vegetables and fruit, very juicy. You will want to cook it again and again, once you try it - you'll see!

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    1 piece

  • Lettuce

    1 coup

  • Grapes

    10 piece

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    2 piece

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Pine nuts

    1 Tbsp

  • Red onion

    0.3 piece

Cooking

Lettuce wash, dry. To pick hands.

Chicken fillet cut into thin strips, and fry or saute in olive oil until tender. Salt.

A third of the onions and celery cut. Grapes cut in half, remove seeds (if necessary).

Apple peel, cut, sprinkle with lemon juice.

In a bowl, mix onions, celery, grapes, chicken, Apple and lettuce. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. Sprinkle with pine nuts. Delicious, light and healthy salad is ready!)
