Description
This is a very simple and delicious recipe. Light and delicate cheese souffle with banana flavor.
Ingredients

Cooking
Mash the banana into a puree with a fork or blender (whatever you like).
Add the cheese, stir, whip.
Beat egg whites until foamy in a separate container.
Mix beaten egg whites with cottage cheese and banana mass.
Pour it into moulds (butter to grease the ramekins), and place in the microwave for 5 min. To the brim NOT pour! A little soufflé rises in the cooking process. As you can see, I poured in anything, not in tins) - well, I don't have them)
Souffle to cool to room temperature, remove rolls from pans and you can eat, but I like the cold (after 30 minutes in the fridge or 15 minutes in the freezer)
It is possible to decorate with melted or grated chocolate.
