Description
This lemonade quenches thirst, calms the digestive system and cleanses the body. Watermelon and mint give freshness and juice of the lime adds brightness.

Cooking
1. Remove the seeds from watermelon, flesh cut into cubes.
2. Squeeze the juice from the lime, leave a few slices for decoration. Mint lightly mash these in a mortar.
3. Skip the watermelon through a juicer. The resulting juice strain through a fine sieve.
4. Pour in pitcher, add lime juice, mint and a spoonful of honey. Serve chilled with ice cubes.
