Pie with dried apricots and apples
Charlotte, Apple pies, pastries with Apple filling... mmmm... it's my weakness! And if you are as their fans are like me, you would be unlikely to pass by this pie. Gently. Deliciously Fragrant. So I want to ask for another piece!!!!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Butter

    140 g

  • Sugar

    130 g

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Vanilla

    1 g

  • Dried apricots

    80 g

  • Apple

    3 piece

  • Almonds

  • Cinnamon

  • Sweet white wine

    3 Tbsp

Every thing dried apricots on average, weighs about 10g, so 8-9 stuff will be enough. First, pour hot water, the apricots, leave for 5-10 minutes, then rinse. Finely porubov dried apricots, pour her wine and leave again (all the wine is absorbed!).

Proteins separated from the yolks and carefully whisk.

RUB the yolks with the white sugar, mix with butter. Add vanilla.

Flour and baking powder and sift into the yolk-butter mass and mix well. Then carefully enter the beaten egg whites and stir again.

"Steamed" dried apricots also mix in to the dough.

Apples wash, peel and cut into quarters, each of which to make cuts. For the cake I made four Apple, but as it turned out, there were only three apples.

Form well lubricated with oil, put the dough and flatten.

Puts the apples on the dough, sprinkle top with chopped almonds and cinnamon. (In the process of cooking it turned out that the almond mysteriously disappeared and I had to sprinkle lightly toasted seeds :-) ) Send the cake to be baked in the oven, preheated to 170-180 C for 40-50 minutes. Optionally, if the top will begin to "boil", you can cover with foil.
