Curry with chickpeas and beef
Spicy, hearty and, of course, festive dish! Thanks to this recipe I decided to close acquaintance with the chickpeas. I must admit it went very well!

Ingredients

  • Beef

    1 kg

  • Chickpeas

    100 g

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Coconut milk

    200 ml

  • Curry

    1.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • Sunflower oil

Cooking

The chickpeas soak in water for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, the beef cut into small cubes approximately 2x2 cm

The meat is fried in a cauldron (stew-pan, etc.) on high heat until Golden brown.

Add chickpeas, curry, salt...

... and cream and coconut milk. Lower the heat to minimum, cover saucepan with a lid and cook for 3 hours. Sometimes look under the cover, if necessary, add a little water.
