Rolls of minced beef, breaded with bran
Soft rolls, juicy, tasty. Everyone liked my house. On the side is perfect with fresh tomatoes and pickles.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    600 g

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Semolina

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Nettle

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Garlic

    6 tooth

  • Black pepper

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Bran

  • Greens

  • Water

The ground beef put into a container. There to grate the potatoes, onion, finely chopped garlic, sprinkle semolina, pour the water, season with salt and pepper. Melt the butter in a water bath and pour in the stuffing, too.
